RVA HomeStay began with the day-to-day work of operating our own furnished rentals and residential homes in the Richmond area.
That experience taught us that good property management is not just collecting rent. It is preparing the home carefully, setting clear expectations, responding when something goes wrong, keeping good records, and treating both the property owner and resident with respect.
Today, we bring that same practical mindset to furnished mid-term rentals, long-term homes, and residential property support.
